Bee Pollen is richer in proteins than any animal source. It contains more amino acids than beef, eggs, or cheese of equal weight. It is considered one of natures most completely nourishing foods as it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans! Bee pollen increases energy and stamina, used for arthritis, and pollen allergies.
Anyone new to bee pollen should start out with a granule or two, in case of a rare allergy. Gradually increase dosage as desired. 1-2 teaspoons is recommended per day. It can be taken with or without food. If you do not like the taste of pollen alone, you can mix it with yogurt, sprinkle it on toast with peanut butter, or blend into a smoothie. Do not heat. Always drink with a full glass of water. Best kept in the freezer.
