  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 2 tablespoons Beekeeper’s Daughter Locust Blossom Honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional for added citrus flavor)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
    • Peel and slice the kiwis.
    • Hull and halve the strawberries.
    • Slice the peaches.
    • Rinse the blueberries.
    • Core and dice the apples.
  2. Combine Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits – kiwis, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, and apples.
  3. Prepare the Honey Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice (if using). This will be the dressing for the fruit salad.
  4. Toss the Fruit Salad: Drizzle the honey dressing over the mixed fruits. Gently toss the fruits until they are well coated with the honey dressing.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.

  7. Serve Cold: Serve the Honey Fruit Salad cold. It makes a delightful and refreshing side dish or dessert for any occasion.
