Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Beekeeper’s Daughter honey
  • 12 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, optional

Directions

  1. Combing and mix all ingredients well.
  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least one hour.

 

Tip: Spray hands with non stick spray or coconut oil when making the balls so the don’t stick to your hands.
