Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Beekeeper’s Daughter honey
- 12 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds, optional
Directions
- Combing and mix all ingredients well.
- Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Tip: Spray hands with non stick spray or coconut oil when making the balls so the don’t stick to your hands.
